Stage 1

  • Requirement determination, processed and controls in place

  • Compliance documents and previous reports

Stage 2

  • Presentation of Compliance Assurance Methodology

  • Testing schedule

  • Review of: Identity verification & KYC, PEP & Sanc. and adverse media Screening, On-boarding, Transactions, EDD, SAR and STRs cases – sample-based approach

Stage 3

  • Submission of summary to the responsible parties

  • Follow up action plan

  • Gap closure and subsequent monitoring
